A Chinese Wedding Blended with San Francisco Style
Why You Want An All-Day Elopement
Sometimes, you have to go with your gut instincts. I’d say that’s always a golden rule to follow. Our inner compass never fails to guide us to what’s meant for us.
Kayleigh was visiting a new city and found herself in a local bar with some girlfriends. She met Mike, and the two talked for hours and hours, bonding over so many little things they had in common. When it came time for her to leave with her friends, she hoped Mike would make the first move and ask for her number but…he was too shy!
As she walked away feeling confused and a little dejected, she just couldn’t get in the cab and drive away from him forever. She just could not. She raced back into the bar and asked WHY he hadn’t asked for her number. She promptly gave him a said number, and that was nine happy years ago. She went with her gut.
What does this have to do with all of you lovely soon-to-be-weds? I want you to think about what you’d really, truly like for your wedding day. If you’ve been through the wringer like so many couples in the last few years, then maybe it’s time to make this day about just the two of you.
